Steps to Admission
- Complete the Contact Us form. (We will not return phone calls if this is not filled out)
- Review the Program Details.
- Fill out an enrollment application. (Download)
- Fax or e-mail the enrollment application to us. Our fax number is 775-599-1750, or email team@hope4teens.org. Our enrollment department will then present the application for review and acceptance.
Decide on travel plans. Here are some choices:
- Student flies into Phoenix airport after confirming pick-up availability from our staff.
- Family brings student to school.
- Our life coaches work with a transport company to escort student to school. We have references for a very reliable and safe escort service parents can use. The parent chooses which option he/she is most comfortable with.
- Gather needed documents and belongings. Please see the "List of Items" within the enrollment application.

Enrollment can take as little as 24 hours, at any point during the year. We work closely with you to plan the transition into and out of the program. This ensures that your child's best interest is served academically, socially, and spiritually.
